Returns & Exchanges

Need to return or exchange an item, No problem!

Just mail the item(s) you need to return or exchange along with an explanation of what you are sending back and what you would like in return to:

For Exchanges please include a check made out to Russell Enterprise, LLC in the amount of $7.00 for return shipping.

Once we receive the item with your note we will complete the exchange/refund. Simple!

All returns and exchanges must be UN-washed in saleable condition, with tags intact and original materials and packing. We are not responsible for items that are lost or stolen in transit. We strongly encourage you to use UPS for tracking purposes or use the tracking service through USPS (Priority Mail) when returning merchandise to us. Keep your tracking number in a safe place in case the location of a package is in question.

Please note that shipping is non-refundable unless we send you the wrong item or it is defective.


If you order the wrong size, we will be happy to exchange it for a new size, however, you will be responsible for shipping both ways.

Sorry, custom orders can only be exchanged if we make a mistake on the order or printing of the shirt. Custom orders can not be returned for a refund.

Sales Tax
We are required to charge sales tax on all orders shipped to addresses in the state of Indiana.
No tax will be charged on orders shipped outside the state of Indiana.

• Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday and ship directly from the Kerusso warehouse in Berryvile, Arkansas.
• Most orders ship from the warehouse within 1-2 business days (M-F excluding holidays).
• If you haven't received your order and haven't heard from us, use the contact form on the 'Contact Us' page to inquire about the order status.

Fed Ex Ground Transit Time

Please Note: 'days' are representing business days (Monday - Friday excluding holidays). The business day after your package is shipped (usually within 1-2 days) begins the first 'In Transit' shipping day. FedEx Ground Service is available to the Continental US only.

FedEx Ground
FedEx Ground delivery arrives in 5-7 business days from shipment date. Allow 1-2 business days for processing, pending availability and credit card approval. Orders should arrive in 5-7 business days from the ship date. All deliveries are picked up at the Kerusso warehouse in Berryvile, Arkansas by FedEx and delivered by FedEx.

FedEx 2nd Day Air
FedEx 2nd Day Air delivery arrives in 3 business days from shipment date. Allow 1 business day for processing, pending availability and credit card approval. Orders should arrive in 3 business days from the ship date. All deliveries are picked up at the Kerusso warehouse in Berryvile, Arkansas by FedEx and delivered by FedEx. FedEx 2nd Day Air is not an option for Alaska, Hawaii, PO Box, APO, FPO, or US territory addresses.

FedEx 3 Day Select
FedEx 3 Day Select delivery arrives in 4 business days from shipment date. Allow 1 business day for processing, pending availability and credit card approval. Orders should arrive in 4 business days from the ship date. All deliveries are picked up at the Kerusso warehouse in Berryvile, Arkansas by FedEx and delivered by FedEx. FedEx 3 Day Select is not an option for Alaska, Hawaii, PO Box, APO, FPO, or US territory addresses.

FedEx Next Day Air
FedEx Next Day Air delivery arrives in 2 business days from shipment date. Allow 1 business day for processing, pending availability and credit card approval. Orders should arrive in 2 business days from the ship date. All deliveries are picked up at the Kerusso warehouse in Berryvile, Arkansas by FedEx and delivered by FedEx. FedEx Next Day Air is not an option for Alaska, Hawaii, PO Box, APO, FPO, or US territory addresses.

USPS
USPS shipping will usually ship from the warehouse within 1-2 days. The amount of time it takes for your package to arrive after that date is determined by your distance from Arkansas where the order is shipped. USPS shipments do not receive tracking numbers or insurance. No refunds will be issued for USPS shipments lost or stolen in transit. Buyer/customer assumes all responsibility for such shipments.

P.O. Boxes and APO's
If you are having your item shipped to a P.O. Box or an APO, you must ship via USPS. FedEx does not ship to these locations.

International Orders
Items shipped outside the USA may take 4-8wks or more for delivery. Any customs fees, duties etc. are the responsibility of the customer.

What are your t-shirts made of?
Most of our t-shirts are pre-shrunk 100% cotton.

What sizes do you carry?
We carry 3T to Adult 4X, please note sizes 3X-4X could be on backorder for up to several months. Availability is determined by how often the design is printed (popularity) and how many of that size are printed. If a shirt is unavailable, you will be notified by email and given the chance to cancel your order. You may cancel your order anytime before the item ships.


Do you supply shirts for Church events or large groups?
Yes. We can offer discounted pricing for large orders. The discount is determined on the size of the order. If you have an upcoming event, let us know the quantity and sizes you need and we'll send you a quote. Please be as specific as possible with type of apparel, how many are for toddler/youth/junior/adult, and the sizes needed. A nominal increase is added for sizes of 2X and larger. Please take into account that it will take longer to personalize shirts with your Church name if you choose that option.
