Shipping

• Orders ship directly from the manufacturer's warehouse in Arkansas (Kerusso).
• Most orders ship from the warehouse within 1-2 business days (M-F excluding holidays).
  Please allow 7-10 business days from date of purchase for your order to arrive. If you haven't received it in this time and haven't heard from us, send us an email and we will contact the manufacturer for the status of your order.

UPS Ground Transit Time

Please Note: 'days' are representing business days (Monday - Friday excluding holidays). The business day after your package is shipped (usually within 1-2 days) begins the first 'In Transit' shipping day. UPS Ground Service is available to the Continental US only.

UPS Ground
UPS Ground shipping will usually ship from the warehouse within 1-2 days. When you choose UPS the shipping charges are automatically calculated with the online UPS Shipping Calculator. When we receive the tracking number from Kerusso we will email it to you so you can track your order. Sometimes orders arrive before we receive the shipping numbers. If this occurs, you will still receive an email with the tracking number.

USPS
USPS shipping will usually ship from the warehouse within 1-2 days. The amount of time it takes for your package to arrive after that date is determined by your distance from Arkansas where the order is shipped. USPS shipments do not receive tracking numbers or insurance. No refunds will be issued for USPS shipments. Buyer/customer assumes all responsibility for such shipments. Items shipped outside the USA may take 3-4wks or more for delivery.

P.O. Boxes
If you are having your item shipped to a PO Box, you must ship via USPS. UPS does not ship to PO Boxes.
